The Butterfly Weed is one of very many Texas wildflowers.It’s scientific name is Asclepiad Tuberosa,and it’s classification is Asclepiadaceac.The normal blooming season is June to September.The part of Texas the part of Texas you can find it in is the entire state.You’ll know you found it when it has bright orange petals.The flower is one to two feet high.You can it in sandy or gravelly soil.This flower grows in full sun.Some other interesting facts are that the plant type is a Perennial.The other fact is the germination is the life time between a seed and plant.This plants is 30 to 90 days.

This year in reading class we are reading  two  books called A Paradise Called Texas and Willow Creek Home.They’re about a family making hard choices in life .They made the choice to move from Gremany to Texas.They’ve been in and out of hard times like the little girl’s mom died on a beach.My favorite part was in the Willow Creek  Home book.When Mister Allen came and gave Mina a horse named Tucan for X mas.It’s my favorite part cause I love horses.Now you know what 4th grade is reading.

Today we learned about the Remax air balloon.The first thing I learned was that ifyou put too much hot air in your balloon you could get hot spots.Now the second thing I learned was,that in the basket part there are two propain tanks in the basket.You know the third thing I learned was,that you can fill the balloon with 6500 basket balls.Next the fourth thing, if it’s hotter out side you have to use more fuel.Finally the fifth thing was there was a red rope you pull that lets all the air out.
